Services via Post

We accept sharpening and servicing orders via post and can return items with speed and insurance as required, offering various shipping options to suit your budget and needs.

Our standard return shipping service is Royal Mail First Class Signed For. This is quick, reliable and requires a signature on arrival, but offers only up to £50 insurance cover. We're happy to arrange increased postage insurance upon request.

Workshop Drop Off and Sharpening while you wait (appt only)

We offer a sharpening while you wait service which is by appointment only - please telephone to arrange. We can accept deliveries in person at the workshop and also have a drop box outside which can be used if no staff are on site, allowing customers to drop off items rather than using post.

NOTE TO CUSTOMERS: Please include clear contact details for any orders sent via post or dropped off in person. We cannot begin work on any items received, until we have confirmation who they are from.

Services at Events and Mobile Visits

If you don't like to part with your scissors and blades, we can also come to you.

We organise regular mobile sharpening visits to pre-booked groups of customers in different areas, as well as offering an on-site service at several nationwide dog shows, on a first come first served basis.

Professional Hairdressing Scissors (including thinning scissors) - includes full service (clean & polish balance and if necessary replace tension screw and/or bump stop) £25

Dog Grooming Bevel Edge or Convex Edge Scissors - includes full service (clean & polish, balance and if necessary replace tension screw and/or bump stop) £15
